Since being in the construction industry for so many years, we have excellent relationships with our architects and engineers which allow us to closely monitor the building plans before the construction stage to control costs. Saving money for our clients is important to us.  We are often quite creative in our ability to make buildings as economical and functional as possible for the clients.  

Another big reason for this savings is our staff.  The MGC construction crew is hired because they are skilled in all aspects of each trade including: carpentry (general and finish), framing, T-bar, plumbing, electrical, roofing, concrete, etc.  Many of our staff are also certified in CAL- OSHA (California Occupational Safety and Health Act) and S.W.P.P. (Storm Water Pollution Prevention) for Construction sites.
