Prinsco Pipe Project

Musson General Contracting completed the Prinsco Pipe Tenant Improvement in the summer of 2008.  This building is located on S. Cherry in Fresno and was once a woodworking shop.  This tenant improvement is the new home of Prinsco, an industry leader in the development and manufacturing of corrugated polyethylene drainage products.  This project consisted mainly of interior improvements including a laboratory, bathrooms, office space, and a kitchen. The exterior Tenant Improvement currently consists of painting, landscaping, grading, fencing, and a parking lot.  This project is due to be complete Fall of 2008.

Currently, the exterior of the building is being repainted to update the existing building.

Cabinets created in our on-site cabinet shop were installed in the Laboratory.

Cabinets created in our on-site cabinet shop were installed in the Break rooms.
